The chair should provide adequate lumbar support, and the desk should be at a comfortable height that allows the individual to maintain a neutral spine position. Adjustments may need to be made to achieve the correct positioning, such as using a footrest or adding cushions for support.
Additionally, taking regular breaks throughout the day can help improve posture. Sitting for long periods of time can cause muscles to become fatigued and lead to slouching.
